I see a so-called CEO who is on the US top loser list but who is getting an absurd million salary for his only result of reducing, for years, the company value. Obviously also the board of this company is out of control. All these opaque actions are far away from a business which can be considered as a usual one.
Topaz, don't be so shy. The Talley actions are not only “unusual”, they also can be considered as fraudulent. We all know the long-term business of the self-service guy Talley of selling diluting shares to fill his own pocket, not the wellbeing of stockholders. Let's see how that ends with these boys
