I posted years ago that BBY was a broke business model--people just using them to determine what they wanted to purchase on Amazon. I sold short then and made a ton of money. Now people late to the game call it "showrooming" and think they are on to something. You're too late. BBY now actually does have inherent value in the fact that having a show room is actually necessary to the buying process for most folks (exactly how does that 3D TV work, let me see it, etc). Management finally gets it--whether they are smart enough to figure out how to make it work, I don't know. But now is the time to buy, not sell--those that say people don't need to see expensive consumer items before purchasing are really dumb. If BBY management executes properly this stock will fly from here, regardless of whether or not it is bought out.
