    BBY NEW marketing strategy..."EXPERT ADVICE"

    The last bastion of hope to convince customers to come back. Problem is, I don't need someone in the store with conflict of interest with truth giving me advice. All techy questions found online, consumer reviews and I don't have to burn fuel and my time or worry about "upsell" to get them! Then I shop best TV price online and go get it. Music, DVD's, Software, accessories, etc...all delivered to my pc or door. If I need to return, they pick up at my door without needing to be home. BBY online cheaper on accessories than their stores. Saving money and time is great! Allows me to be here, irritate you longs and spread the word. : ))

    Read between the lines people, that's all they're grasping for now. "Expert Advice"? It's hopelessly lost.
