Jeff Kessler, the analyst at Lehman Brothers, who has been covering the company (mainly the security businesses) for 12 years, just published a piece called "Brinks Bedtime Story." I got a hold of some of it. It is a history of the company, its businesses, liabilities, the VEBA, the tracking stocks. It's a good, easy read. I think he is too biased toward security and too biased against BAX, but otherwise, it's a really good article.
