UPS is not going to affect any business of BAX. They are not going to sacrifice any of their customers to bring in any of the "potential new business" as a result of this sale. I do have concerns that FedEx will try and buy out BAX global as a competition because of what DHL is currently doing and the fact that UPS is now into the heavy air freight business. Just rememeber that not too long ago, this stock was trading at 12.00 per share. As I stated before, BAX is so busy moving frt, that no one is posting. They are tired after the days long hours. UPS does not affect BAXs' current business plan as far as I can read. Just shows how far down Menlo is. Next casualty will be KittyHawk. And they will be bye-bye.
Review the possibility of a buyout of BAX now. Fed Ex...maybe, but what about DHL? Aren't they on a tear to gain market share more? Either way, what effect will the punitive action have on stock price and earnings, and if word gets out that a buyout is imminent, how will the BCO stock price react?
