It was very non-descript; white with blue and red lettering. The word "Brinks" is largest, about a foot high in blue, with a kind of stylized "B" and then in small, red letters something like "A Division of the Pittston-Brinks Group." Pretty boring.
A truck is FREE ADVERTISING! It is a damn TRAVELLING BILLBOARD!
That "Brinks" logo that looks cool on a letterhead, envelope, business card or annual report does not automatically translate effectively into eye-catching outdoor display copy. Our trucks should be livened up a bit (and done so without making the mistake of going to the other extreme of being cute or gimmicky).
A small thing to worry about perhaps, but a most cost-effective way of keeping your name in front of the public. Take every chance you get to let 'em know you're out there.
