I view this as a long term investment. However, such dramatic price rise is usually rewarded by taking a little money off the table, and waiting for a little pullback to get back in. Still, a great stock, yield, and co.
I got in last August and have increased my position several times since. It's the only stock in my portfolio that has steadily and reliably held or gained without noteworthy pullbacks. It does seem to have taken off lately without looking at a chart, but I'm not going anywhere even if it does pull back some. I'm no expert by any means, but I do love this stock.
