You're probably right. But split aside, this company continues to amaze. Continuing upswing in growth and profit here and a with a number of other MLPs will likely lead to continued outperformance. I've been pretty impressed with SXL too. FWIW, splits within the MLP world seem to pay off nicely.

Small bank holding companies will become exstinct as regulatory burdens force mergers and acquisitions. Small bank holding companies cannot afford these high regulatory burdens and will be forced to consolidate. There will not be big premiums paid in the future for bank M&A... that era is so over.
