Reading through some of the recent Glassdoor reviews of Aon is something every investor should do.
“Constant State of Flux”
“Poor leadership, poor compensation, poor culture.”
“Those with ambition never stay more than 4 years”
“There is no way to advance or grow...”
“Cutthroat at the top, bureaucratic in the middle, drone-like at the front line.”
“Not a Place I'd Work Again”
Sure, there are positive reviews (that's what drones do), but then there's reality.
Egad, can't you get it through your head that SHAREHOLDER VALUE is all that matters at Aon. Nothing else. All time high. GO GREG, GO CRISTA. Never mind all the other stuff. .... Sarcasm over. All you write about is very true. One fellow on a board a few years ago got a job with Aon and quit shortly thereafter for these reasons and noted an entirely inadequate IT infrastructure.
