At least one of the PAM formulations is flour based: PAM Baking
"PAM® Baking combines the unbeatable no-stick power of PAM with real flour. It's specially formulated to reach every nook and cranny of even your most intricate bakeware. PAM Baking is the secret to your baking success. It is no-stick where you need it most."
It's what you think it is. I believe Static Guard and Kleen Guard would be the first non-foods items in the B&G portfolio. I do like the Mrs. Dash acquisition since it fits with the Emeril seasonings. Baker's Joy has minimal competition (I think Pillsbury might make a similar product, but I doubt too many stores stock both products). Sugar twin contains saccharin in U.S. and do not see that product around much.
