Well, congratulations on your new ID. Your analysis is, as usual, pathetic and irrelevant. Zytiga has a lot more side effects than Xtandi -- particularly since it must be taken with prednisone. (Read the literature.) Which is one reason why Xtandi commands a higher price. And Zytiga is not going generic until 2018 at the earliest. In any case, everyone who takes Zytiga - generic or not - in the absence of a cure for CRMPC, will eventually take Xtandi. Xtandi is a better drug and will supplant Zytiga, even if the PREVAIL trial only shows equivalent efficacy.
