It appears to remove any and all unsold SVNT shares, including those associated with the common, preferred, debt instruments, warrents etc, from the market. they have been de-registered. these securities are no longer available for sale (and may no longer even exist)?? It dries up the pool of shares available in the market. That is how it reads to me. Someone else (other than Stash) is welcome to give their interpretation of the amendment. Not an April fools joke tho. Very real.
Yes, it looks like they closed all securities that were not sold. Only question, doesn't the offering have a life of 3 years? How old is this one? Are they closing and will re-open something else?
