OT: Colorado's vote to legalize pot

The feds are planning to block the legalization of pot in Colorado even after the vote to make it legal...what the hell ever happened to states rights? And why did so many of our men and women in the military sacrifice their lives on the battlefields of the world for FREEDOM if our elected officials won't allow us to have a little? The will of the electorate should prevail. Battle lines are being drawn; I know which side I'm on. That's my rant for today :)

    • After 35 years working in the ER, I would rather take care of someone on pot than alcohol. The pot users are soooo much more compliant and the alcoholics are abusive, combative and extremely difficult to manage. I say legalize pot and make alcohol illegal. If the government could figure a way to tax marijuana, it would be legal.
