to me key statement of this article is -
10 GB Ethernet is replacing 1 GB as the backbone network and **has just begun to migrate down to high-end server systems**
Unloading of that inventory **has just begun to*... Cisco/Juniper/Riverbed and whoever else is named on that Investor presentation...
When each of those remaining (~90) “test customers” converts to real deploying customers, they would need a minimum of 1-5 mil worth of their stuff so you do the math on where this rocket propels…Remember their statement, repeated quarter after quarter “Once selected by a customer, we have never been replaced by competitors”…
Oh, I just saw that the estimates for Q4 were increased from $18M up to $19M and the full year EPS is now $2.11. Does anyone that has followed this company really think they won't do at least $20M in Q4?
It may sound crazy but if they have a 5th consecutive 50% quarter they will be in the neighborhood of $25M.
That's a lot to ask but anything over $20M would be strong.
