I dont think so but what I dont get about good old Amr is they only have 3.2 billion in cash ,labor problems galore and under investigation for maintenence problems for their old aircraft. JAL is no bargain either seeing it to has financial difficulties and both companies have been having these discussions over a long period of time making this old news in the industry. I remember the One World with BA another winner that told its employees they had to work for free for a period of time so they could survive. So much for these alliances. The real problem is there are no jobs in any of the economies so who can afford to fly in the first place with so many airlines offering the same service to the same destinations.
