Not a surprise to me, Hearing signs of desperation to find new ways to drive the bottom line. It reminds me of the 400 years prior to exodus where pharaohs achieved great things on the back of others and felt proud to think they were doing the people a service because they were being taken care of. We all know how that ended and our people walked away because they were not. There are people in the know that see the writing on the wall, cutting pay increases, finding new ways to limit bonuses, pushing out full timers to replace with less knowledgeable part timers for less pay or not replacing at all. Personally I have heard from mouths that has been around 5 years plus that in actively looking to leave and have heard that not only discontent in the stores there are many in corp. that has already left, made plans to leave and this week heard of four other key people that is hanging it up for reasons "unknown". I know we will not have another Moses that leads us away but with a lot of people leaving will not one of us that loves our company that stays and bears the burdens of making this company greater cry UNION or let it be known to those who lead that there is serious discontent among the ranks from the middle down? Excuses my be the Affordable Care Act among others but as I watch our Country unfold with bad leadership increased cost of living and tax increases I also watch our beloved company traveling the same road. This may stir up a few haters but such is life, Let the haters hate and let the loyal and the lovers be heard so we can get the wrongs corrected.
