DFNS @ $0.4 Profitable Defense Play

DFNS, a growing, profitable, and low-float israeli defense company, will release its 2Q 2004 earnings results next week.

DFNS has 25.35 million O/S shares. Insiders own 19.87 million shares. The CEO, Joseph Postbinder owns 19.44 million shares. Based on the current O/S, 1) the market cap is $10.1 million, 2) the P/S is 0.8, 30 the P/E about 8, and 3) the float of only 5.8 million shares.

DFNS' balance sheet is solid and improving every quarter:

DFNS is obviously undervalued because of its solid performance as shown above, and because it is in the hottest sector of the industry due to the ongoing geopolitical problems and terrorism. The upside here is huge once the company gets discovered.

DFNS reported significant revenue growth and a profit in 1Q 2004.

DFNS has received several large orders from customers in North, Central, and South America, in addition to the Middle East this year. The following contract announced in May propelled the pps to above 80c. 2Q 2004 is sure to be another strong Quarter for this unknown GEM.

Here is the May contract announcement headline and corresponding link (please replace ** with tt):
