I am being told this latest protest is the end of the protest road. In other words there can be no additional protests by any company. Does our resident legal mind ggrail agree? What TSYS is trying to accomplish is a mystery to me and my friends. I believe that yup's timetable is correct. Thanks for your advice today. We all do appreciate your effort. Emotion is Ok once in a while, we all have them, but I love what yup did today. A ruling is coming in less than 30 days.
I must admit when I saw the 8K last night I was sure that the stock would have a significant drop 10% - 20%. I think you all know I am in until a sale or the fundamentals change. Today's volume was encouraging. The stock has traded over 3,000,000 shares in the last six trading days. I think the big boys are dipping their toes based on the 8K. Wall Street Investment houses needed more to get behind our company and I think the 8K delivered the info required. An 8K is a legal document. Most investment companies will not invest in the likes of WYY until they have something to hang their hat on. They don't mind missing the first double as long as they participate in the second and third double. Many of my investor friends follow this method. For me the most important thing especially with tiny companies like WYY is the honesty and integrity of the management. I trust them 100%. Remember one of the most famous hedge fund managers, Michael Steinhardt, has a significant position. We are going much higher. True Believer.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
You really think a .90 cent stock is getting a lot of attention from the big boys or moving into stronger hands on volume? We will see how long a richer company can keep the protest dragging, while they try to prove WYY unworthy. Plenty of traders in this one since it has been moving.
hawka333 are you suggesting what I did was emotional? I would call it due diligence to call the office that is directly involved in the issue at hand to get some clarity instead of the constant conjecture which is on this board.
Also there is a third option which was repetedly told to me which is the protester can go to the federal courts if they feel the proper process was not followed.
You hit the nail right on the head with this. If anyone on this board thinks that TSYS will not take this to the Federal Court level they should think again. Obviously their strategy is to draw this out to the point where Widepoint must make a concession. Dirty pool I know, but that's life in the fast lane.
Yup, I was not suggesting that you were emotional. You provided all of us with valuable info that help us to make important investment decisions. My point was that 90% of the postings are emotional. It is aok for there to be emotions expressed but my hope is that more posts will have factual information or educated guesses. No offense intended towards anybody!
Sentiment: Strong Buy
