CEO Yong Xue continues to buy SPU at these super low prices. He just reported a new 9300 share purchase on Friday.
Here's a mini-table of the CEO's purchases from Apr 18 through Sep 2. He has bought a total of 123,674 shares on the open market (total transaction value of $337,514). Naturally, one would expect continued CEO buying in the future at these prices. Perhaps Morgan Stanley (or other firms) may buy another tranche as they did a couple months ago.

Exactly. Please read my new topic on today's trading, sharp uptrend late and let me know what you think about my idea of issuing "good till cancel" sell orders at around $5.00 per share. We shareholders did this with Sirius XM, and the stock started taking off when we felt it was being manipulated by shorts. I'm not sure if it would work or not, may have been a coincidence with SIRI, especially considering the fact that there are billions of shares of SIRI out there.
Excellent post, I wasn't aware that he bought all those shares lately. I only knew about 1 other purchase about 3 weeks ago. Some financial writer needs to be made aware of this and we will see share prices take off. This is very impressive, and represents a huge step by the CEO. AS was noted in another post, he isn't paid an outrageous salary like many American CEO's who are stealing their stockholders blind, along with their co conspirators on corporate boards. This is great news.
it is certainty an amount not to be ignored, but what i really want to know is the ceos annual salary, if someone would be kind enough to provide that info it would be much appropriated and a key part of my investment research on this company if i see a buy i will call it
