At what point does FE become an acquisition target ? Power companies are always buying and

selling, making fees for brokers and bankers, and giving execs bonus money for failure.
but seriously, FE is probably under the microscope right now.
whats the biggest utility to go belly up ? wasn't it the washington hydroelectric company ?
PPL used to be $60 a share.
why arent utilities higher in this low interest rate environment.
when rates go back up, utilities will sink even lower.
by the way. FE stinks with their estimated bills.
their feb bill is estimated midway between Jan and Dec, when it should be at least the jan bill.
their apr bill is midway between feb and march, when it should be at most the march bill.
they dont seem to know the average monthly temps go DOWN until Feb, and go UP until July.
They estimate 6 bills a year, and 2 of them are way off. WAY OFF.
