If you just simply take an average from the last 3Q's and if they match or better those numbers we are off to the races; unless of course all the selling over the last month or so is due to some underlying negative that won't be public until they release Q4 news! I still believe that everything is on track and in a couple of weeks or so we will be trading in the teens again.
Q4 will be good. The problem is the big numbers in 2012 were due to a refi boom from insanely low rates. With rates rising back up, mortgage refi's have slowed dramatically in recent months. So 2013 earnings will be much less than 2012. How much remains to be seen.
