I agree. It should be selling closer to RCKB's share price. They are very similar in structure and footprint. This just means that there is much higher to go; so, it is a "buy" at this price. Also Mr. Collins is presently making his "mark" with UBNK by doing a lot of advertisng in the valley. Billboards, newspapers, and TV ads are putting UNITED BANK in the forefront of consumer's minds. Combine that with all of the commercial building going on in Westfield and there is great potential for more deposits as well as solid commercial loan income that will come from his last strategic move.
