Here's the tally of the buyers: PJ 8.345 million, Stifel 6.448 million, Brean 2.276 million, and Maxim 1.897 million. roughly adds to 18.769 million. Closes on the 4th. PJ already upgrading to $5.00. Sub $3.00 purchase price is history. Shorts will not go away quietly, maybe even see a flash crash if the overall market goes limp, and they pull out lots of stops. Longs have nothing to worry. My advice to traders is get a life and go long for a month or two.
good question.........will drift down until the day they indicate the shares are sold.....then will move back up......certainly a buying opportunity...........not going down because of business or pipeline, going down because of shelf and cash raise.......once it is done, it marches on upwards.
See just a few days ago, some panic on the shelf....but it played out exactly as noted........they raise the cash and we begin a steady move higher........as Kim rightly notes, they now have leverage in negotiations as they are not desperate for cash.......can further prove the science and value, drive up share price and then do a deal. GREAT MOVE!
