BRAVO TARGET!!! Better to own the land under you than to rent
Question for all the stupid people on this site: Is it better to own the land under your feet or rent it when margins are getting squeezed? Which company will do better? Also, does Walmart own their properties? I know the answers. Do you?
Pershing missed the boat trying to sell this. Why would you try to implement a plan like this when credit is tight and commercial real estate is well past it's peak. Maybe save your investment at the cost of the company?
