From the Class Action:
"While I worked there I never heard one word from management about what is owed the shareholders in terms of giving them a return, of being honest, of getting a drug to market, of having any obligation to the shareholders. They got the result they wanted to have, not the truth."
Silverback, to date you have not made one correct call. Seems like just last week you were touting viral and some imaginary stockpiling story. If you truly are a shareholder then you lack the courage to stand up for yourself and and fellow retailers. Most certainly you lack the conviction to be treated fairly as a shareholder.
Even if ultimately you're correct and something comes and share price increases, King&Co have done everything possible to leave retailers behind, from denying cc participation, to diluting their holdings, to forming a lapdog BOD that do not represent shareholders. All in our opinion, of course.
