After making a very fine profit on SOLs run up, and in spite of all the pumping going on here, no one has any confidence in the integrity of this company. Are they truly crooks, liars, scammers. If not how can they report the massive Q3 profits with good guidance and have this result? Is it expected that most of their contracts going forward will be canceled? What is the real story here?
as a stock holder, how come I didn't get this letter from SOL.. I read it, but couldn't understand the action need to be taken to protect my shares ? the only question: is it notification real or faked ? it doesn't sound like it was written by professional ..thoughts ?
No one has confidence in the company? Are you really believing what is happening on the market is reflecting the status of the company or its operations? How do you show confidence in the stock market? Everyone wants to buy low and sell high, you do not fight the trend and the trend is cooked to the downside. Solar has catapulted in last 12 months. A lot of people had placed massive bets against this industry. They have lost in 2010. Nobody had foreseen the growth those businesses experienced. Now they are packaging the same story for 2011. How is it possible that this growth is sustainable? The logic of the analysis is based on the logic more than on the fact finding. This is despite every one growing their capacity. Are they all so stupid trying to build the capacity for non existing demand? Not everyone is building it either. 2011 will grow by 20%, Chinese will capture 50% in their returns. Prices will come down but volume and cost cutting will make Chinese solar still first in costs thus in profits. Wall Street is on the wrong side of the bet. For last 10 days they are pushing this name down so they can get some of that money back. Limited short interest means no thresholds on covering. Pushing down is a lot easier than buying it up.
You said it correctly "they truly are crooks, liars, scammers". I will add more and that is these filty cockroaches lie to investors and steal their money away. How could thes solar stocks lose 40% of the value in such a short time when they said the earning was almost perfect.
