KTOS set to surprise many! (Part 1)

I ran across some in depth and interesting DD on KTOS a few days ago and wanted to share it. KTOS is currently @ $4.22 right now and I picked up 2k shares at this level today. On the charts below you can see that KTOS is oversold and beginning to pinch. This looks like a good entry point now after the market sell off last week! The recent drop in the share price was due mostly to investors expecting some major military cuts coming after Obama won, but beneath the surface you will see that even if there is some military spending cuts, it will not affect KTOS very much at all, given their contracts already in place. I am planning to hold this for the next couple months or longer, as this looks like a very good opportunity right now. Cheers!

The most lucrative technology pick! The fix is in on this under-the-radar Pentagon contractor

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc.(KTOS) - A small American military contractor with possibilities for Radical Technology Profits.

KTOS could become a ten-bagger in months — or even rival the 44-times-your-money gains.

A full 70% of this firm's business comes from The Pentagon. Yet no single contract represents more than 4% of its revenues. That means it's remarkably diversified, and stable enough to sustain the expiration or loss of any number of contracts without missing a beat, but a lack of contracts really isn't one of this firm's worries. In fact, KTOS has currently got a backlog of contracts with various DOD agencies valued at over $1.1 billion — with pending bids for another $4 billion worth! and with forecasted revenues of $950 million this year alone. KTOS has got its fingers in all sorts of Pentagon pies.

    Things like:

Satellite communications and ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance) systems

    Satellite command and control systems

Ballistic missile defense and tactical missile systems

Critical infrastructure and strategic asset protection, surveillance, and security systems

Electronic warfare and electronic attack systems

Unmanned aerial systems, products and services

Of course, this list only covers a fraction of what this company really does — and only in a very general sense, and all of it is exciting and potentially very lucrative, with obvious future Pentagon demand, no matter who's in the White House. However, the last two items on that list are the most exciting, (electronic warfare and informational counter-espionage systems). That's because the need for these two things in particular is absolutely exploding. (cont. in Part 2)
