Why would RNIN want exclusivity? Samsung would ask for exclusivity in return. I, for one, would not like to see RNIN tie themselves to just one hardware company.
Who gets "exclusivity" in the technology world any more? Other than AAPL. It works... until it doesn't. Who wants to put handcuffs on?
I'm happy it's a non-exclusive deal. Leaves the hardware decision to the customer.
It will come down to quality of product, reliability, flexibility, and price. Probably roughly in that order. RNIN just has to outperform the competition. Having an "exclusive" with Samsung would not help on any of those levels. Just sayin....
