The 18.3% increase is (a) from an extremely bleak Q1 '09, and (b) only for America (MAN derives most earnings from foreign ops). I don't have my notes for Staffmark so I can't extrapolate what that might mean for Staffmark Q1.
I finally got to my notes. Here are Staffmark's revs Q1-Q4 '09: $162m, $169m, $193m and $219m. So from Q1 to Q4, Staffmark's revs increased by 35.18% and presumably will increase further in Q1 '10, making its YOY comparison double (or more) that of MAN.
