I can't find any info on the web on how these sales are conducted, but I'm pretty sure they sell the block all at once, Dutch auction style. The pricing is just an announcement of what they sold them for. The stock closed around $13.45 that day and the secondary priced out at $12.75 after-hours. Demand dictates price, so they keep lowering the secondary price until they sell all 10m shares. Everyone bidding ends up getting the lowest price.
If 10 million shares went there at the $12.75 price we will be alright and easly back over $14.00 in the next 45 without any news.......we hv a winner here, i would like to see more cash in the future before we buy anything else....what do u all think.....???
