name me one cable system in the country that has decent customer service.. I am in Verizon's area and Fios is not very good. If your service is so poor, try unifying the tennants and complaint threatening to cancel service. I am not acquainted with someone who's job revolves around cable unless they provide you internet service and since you are able to complain online.. I suppose your service is not as bad as you say. New Yorkers are not New Yorkers unless they have something to complain about.
