It makes me wonder about the viability of a company's ability to increase their earnings when their organization is fraught with such mismanagement as I have seen in my recent attempts to become a customer and pay them a montly fee for their service.
I have called them about a dozen times in the last week trying to get an installation servicability check and have not gotten an answer yet. The departments seemed to be fragmented and disorganzied as I have been given a different answer and different phone number to call back each time.
I have been hung up on twice when trying to find out answers for the inconsistancies and asked to talk with a manager.
I suppose they have enough customers and they don't need anymore.
