I missed not having ads for Pepsi Cola during the Super Bowl. They have been a part of the Super Bowl for years and some of Pepsi's best ad work originated there. To see a couple of Coke ads that were less than memorable made the lack of Pepsi ads that much worse. Pepsi should have allotted space for a really good ad for Pepsi and dropped one of its Dorito ads. To give Coke all the soft drink ads in the biggest T.V. event of the year was simply a mistake that no amount of explaining will overcome. I sincerely hope that Pepsico will not repeat this error next year.
