Indra K. Nooy, too conservative for PEP`s future growth.
With mid single growth, PEP needs a leader for future growth. Indra isn`t that CEO! with brands like Quaker, Tropicana, Naked Juice, and Gatorade, we should expect a more aggressive approach to expanding these lines and instead of Div, its time to look at other options for more market share. With Lays as your #1 brand, maybe its time to consider what Pelz suggested with MDLZ. Makes perfect sense, and would enhance PEP,yet Nooy talks it down as if it`s not good business sense. It`s time PEP reaches out and looks to find a CEO who can lead them in a more aggressive and profitable manner. Her style is too conservative for The Street and for Shareholders!.
