So what does this message board think of the statements made by Peltz yesterday ?
Can he get the BOD at Pepsi to see that a Frito plus MDLZ "super snack"
business is superior to the beverage unit, from a growth and profits standpoint.
Or will Peltz, and other large institutionals, have to fight the board with voting
shares to exert its will......
MDLZ plus Frito is a golden opportunity unique for PEP.....but do they see the
potential through their caramelized, carbonated glasses ??
