BTW, check out SODAs homepage. "Sorry, Coke and Pepsi" doesn't exactly sound like they're courting PEP. Between Brian Kelley/KO relationship, SODA dissing PEP, the need for CO2 carts, and selling funky tasting product, looks like SODA just backed themselves into a corner.
Pepsi would be better off going to SODA. GMCR's machine is still being developed. SODA already has the tech to begin production immediately. While GMCR and KO are working out the kinks, PEP can be gaining market share. Even if they don't buy SODA outright, a partnership (and a large share purchase) seems prudent.
No need to get excited; GMCR sales being going down it will become an expense for KO very soon. Similarly PEP shouldn't buy SODA as that company's sales are coming down too. Stay focused with snacks and push more in to Asia where they havebeen strong; buyback more of stock and raise the dividend.
