Robinson Center is the location closest to the Pittsburgh Airport and the one I have made several simple purchases and even simpler returns at. No questions asked. These associates were happy and truly friendly associates willing to give you a hand and help decide what you need and why. After all, retailing will always be about servicing the customer. It was one of the most pleasurable shopping experiences I have ever had. I guess I am just a jock at heart who wants to be waited on.
When are the other retailers going to get with this program?
For the sake of DKS, I hope the other retailers in the sporting goods area DON'T get with it. I'm eagerly awaiting a Dick's store to open up near me in Texas. The main chain here is Sports Authority and their customer service and stores are lousy and lousy looking. I used to have a Galyans up in Indiana that was MUCH better than TSA, and from what my friends tell me out east, DKS blows away Galyans in in customer service and knowledge.
