I was in DKS last night...3 hours before closing...

The parking lot had about 10 cars and there couldn't have been more than about a dozen people in the store.

The UA and NIKE sections were untouched.....with NO customers.

The athletic shoe department WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY.......with stacks and stacks of shoes everywhere. The sales clerk was standing there looking for someone to help.

Nice to see the company is maintaining good sales standards!

wall, you may once again prove that a broken clock is correct twice a day. Stocks tend to move from under to over-valued with some regularity. Your blathering about DKS's will eventually be right...some day or week or month ahead. The question is if you can remain solvent through your put expirations, short margin calls/carry, etc. Remember: the market can remain irrational far longer than you can remain solvent. And please don't give me crap about your deep pockets - I've heard stuff like that for a long, long time. The market is unforgiving. Best regards.

      • Well said, this guy is a joke. He probably is a small player in a big tank. The bigger players can care less about having a store half full (makes me laugh). He does though provide comic relief when needed. C'mon sitting in a parking lot....give me a break. BTW...NKE a good play here - expect it to get to $100 early next year, just my guess...Happy Holidays all...
