    bottom out?

Most of the weak sisters are out now after tax selling. If there isn't anyone out there still has some issues to bash, I would expect the bottoming out has been done by now. Got quite a few @ 0.45, 0.5 & 0.6 but fail to get any below 0.40 to average down a little. China market has bottomed out. The new ruling group has pledge to improve the domestic economy and market. I would expect the Chinese stocks will be either recovering or taken private. It will be interesting to see where CHNG would be a year from now.

    • There shouldn't be much of negative news coming out, if there is any. The company is in the right business sector in tune with Chinese anti-pollution campaign by the new administration. There is light at the end of the tunnel for this company. It will be a loss for investors here if it is taken out by JI or by any other Chinese body @ the proposed price. This company deserve much more than what it has been proposed.

If company negotiates and settles with the litigation, it will go up to above $3.00 easily. If it does go up above $3.00 without settlement, then the law sue should be invalid and thrown out of the window for lack of merits. The whole fiasco was blown out of proportion by short seller although Ji deserved to be slapped on the hand for not in compliance with SEC regulation. What JI did was typical Chinese business practice in the good old fashion when "Guangxi and private deal" is the norm and company boss is in title to do things he or she sees fits. It has been an expensive lesson for for Chinese company to be a public company especially it is in the US. Hope the worse is over and am looking for the days to recover or possibly making some $$.
