I think a short squeeze will come for this, and for a few other gold miner stocks. Am very pleased with the upturn (I didn't sleep well last night, having much hope for the week ahead -- plus kids were noisy).
I am personally uncertain if gold is truly rebounding, but all the news (Detroit's potential bankruptcy; China doing better than believed; the Merkel elections, the commodity price fix investigations by NYT) suggests the rebound might really be taking hold.
I personally am now following as many gold miners (with good mgmt and good assets) that I can follow. Many remain at similar or nearly similar, over-punished prices like ANV, so if an ANV short squeeze takes the stock up a few dollars per share (as it did in APril 9-10, from $11 to $15.35), these others (Midas Gold, Belo Sun, etc) may end up getting more of my attention.
