Gee I wonder if they're going to take advantage of the 4,500% appreciation in their stock to raise capital??
From Q: "The Company’s cash flows from pre-sales and sales and, if necessary, shareholder loans should provide financial support for the current development and operations. In order to fully implement our business plan, however, we may need to raise capital in the future to sustain our expansion. "
Best time I've found to secure short shares is right as pre market starts. The most I've got in a day here is 4,000 shares. Lock them up on a limit order well above previous close for regular session. Then you can use them anytime during the day.
Example: This morning I locked up shares and modified my limit order to 12's and shorted again.
I tried all day to get more, but couldn't, so I'll be working on getting more in tomorrows pre.
This company's stock in my opinion is heavily manipulated by a very few and I suspect could be some insiders. Therefore, the very reason it may be very difficult to even raise cash through a stock offering. I sure the hell wouldn't buy any on the long side.
Smart money rarely makes a big bet on a company with UNAUDITED EARNINGS, especially a China company. I think they run this up, suck in as many LONG SUCKERS as they possibly can, so they can dump on them just like they just did from 52 wk high to low 8's, for nearly 5 points. Then they slowly run it back up and suck longs right back in.
