I think Butamax is trying to nickle and dime GEVO to death. They've lost before and will again but as long as things get tied up in the court it benefits Butamax. GEVO has the only technology that is actually being commercially produced (if you think it is actually being commercially produced). Butamax is already behind in their production and research so they continue to hold GEVO up in the courts.
does it really benefit Butamax when Gevo holds patents that Butamax needs.....I don't see the Federal courts ruling against Rambus for their intellectual properties so those wanting to use those patents pay up.....Butamax wants to be #$%$...then they can be dealt with just as harshly.
