Todays article touching on Soda manipulation

The majority of the board have also commented about Soda stock manipulation over time and this article today is not news to us. But such a blantant abuse of Soda over time you would think the SEC would look into this. We all know its part of the game but unless your on the right side of the manipulation you feel discouraged. The SEC has laws in place but are ignored on Soda. From the SEC :Section 9 effectively criminalizes manipulative practices that give appearances of bona fide transactions such as wash sales and pools. Section 9 (a)(2) offers the broadest prohibition against market manipulation by making it unlawful for any person to affect a series of transactions in any security registered on a national securities exchange in order to create actual or apparent active trading in such a security, or raising or depressing the price of such security for the purpose of inducing the purchase or sale of such security by others.
Sorry for the vetting but this article just remined me of our past experience with Soda.

When a stock goes lower than you bought it, do you cost average down, is that not a way to manage your position? Can shorts do the very same thing? There is a difference between manipulation and managing a low float stock. I would argue that is a better word choice and a more appropriate characterization of the stock movement rather than the typical claim of manipulation. Take a look at most of the message board stocks and you will almost always find a claim of manipulation and yet every one of these stock boards has escaped the SEC laws?? I hardly think so. It's very easy to move a low float stock, that's not manipulation, its a factor of the float, nothing more. If you truly believed the stock was manipulated in accordance with rules governed by the SEC, then you must also believe that SODA is ignoring the matter, n? Something doesn't seem fitting. I don't think that makes sense. Think about it kindly.
