Sodastream sold 8.5 million flavors in the past quarter which provides 102 million liters of flavored water. But they sold 5.5 million CO2 canisters, enough to carbonate 333 million liters of water. It seems that Sodastream is more of a carbonated water provider than a flavor vendor. Perhaps Mio and Dasani drops are finding their way into a lot of Sodastream water?
I'm sure they are, but based on the growth of syrups and the growing number of partnerships I think the assumption is to early to make. Most of the world is a sparkling water world unlike the U.S. and based on what they said is happening in Germany and Austria and how syrup sales are up 30% vs. last year, I think over time more people will drink flavored sodastream soda water.
Rl, where are PEP and KO syrups readily available? I've only seen at COSTCO and that is only for a couple months out of the year and that really shouldn't be used at home if you ask me?
