This board doesn't seem to realize, why market penetration is so high in Scandinavian and so low in the U.S.
Scan design, the sterile uncluttered domiciles of so many in northern Europe, is not prevalent in the u.s. 80% of the dwellings of American have no room on their counter tops for anything, let along a new gadget , plus it's attachments. ie, bottles and bottles of syrups. I am just trying to help you people see what the future is. The Riccaro Money Flow Quotient has outperformed, EVERYTHING out there in 2013. Bout time YOU people listen.
As a dual citizen of Sweden and the USA, I just had to comment on this hilarious statement of yours. Nice try. You are reaching big time. So I guess Swedes don't use toasters, water boilers, espresso makers, paper holders, and knife sets on their counters...just a SodaStream; that's the only necessity they are willing compromise their minimalist style with. Got it. My friends and family must be anomalies there.
No, totally, Ikea has been a huge disaster in the u.s.... also 10 pct penetration in Germany and France... You have to be AN ABSOLUTE IDIOT to not recognize the sample data available to you with respect to future growth.
