DuPont Chieftess, Ms. Kullman Smiles & Fakes A Partnership With Monsanto!
Pretending DuPont Scored A Big WIN from Lawsuit Settlement & Trying To Ride On Monsanto's Prestige
Good Morning, Bonjour, Guten Tag,
Readers, we waded through the Beijing-style propaganda disseminated from Fortress Wilmington to the media with the announcement Monsanto and DuPont had settled the lawsuit involving DuPont's flagrant infringements of Monsanto's superior seed patents.
DuPont Chieftess Ellen J. Kullman and her agriculturally ignorant TEAM of underbosses in Fortress Wilmington under siege put on a charade that DuPont had WON big in court, and now had a glorious "partnership" with Monsanto. Never mind, DuPont's sneaky execs were compelled to settle and shell out a minimum of circa $2 billion in additional license fees over the next few years to avoid being very likely slammed with an adverse federal jury verdict of $1 to $3 billion.
Now as a forced licensee of Monsanto's superior technology, DuPont's shady bosses (the Company remains under FRAUD sanctions imposed by U. S. DIstrict Court Judge Richard Webber, which they are frantically appealing) are contriving a make-believe "partnership" with Monsanto, attempting to grab some of Monsanto's superlative reputation, hoping it will rub off on the stained, inept DuPont.
Merely the morning commentary of one individual retail investor and MON shareholder with long and short positions in DD...funfun..
