I would not be offering the victory sign just yet Jay. Seldom does the market reward bad performance and misses with quick recovery. This stock is heavily manipulated because it has such a low float. And the underwriter of such a small entity would not have taken it on without a profit motive which is likely the downside. I would suggest that Pipper Jaffrey has unloaded all of the shares they purchased and is reflective in the new institutional holdings. I would also offer that there are at least one to two rounds left for further dilution and the sector is slowing down. This stock is a medium beta, would not even call it high, yet they whip it around as if it were a serious trading stock with multi-millions of shares traded a day. Caveat emptor is the view here. When the wheels fall off the wagon it will be big.
