Ok Folks! The $6 mark has been obtained. Hope you guys made some good returns on your investments. I've been hearing some of you long term guys averaged down and are not breaking even. Good Stuff!Moving Forward...This is were we will see some some of the big long term FM's & MM's taking interest in NRF. With a very high potential of div's being increased this Q to $0.12 or $0.15. By the end of March we should see NRF trading around the $7 range in anticipation of this increase. With a divy increase declared NRF will be set to climb to just around the $8 before the 2011 Q1.***** By years end NRF will be trading around $12.***** By years end NRF will be paying $0.25/Q divy'sNRF is still a double up play before the year is out. Q4 was fantastic and if Q1 comes anywhere close to those numbers we will have to increase estimates on NRF.Don't doubt the crystal ball...Now Take it & Go! ;)
