The negative posters here don't sound like typical skeptics. They [if there are more than one posting with multiple identities] sound like people who have an animus and and ax to grind.
This happens often if there is a competitor that feels threatended such as traditional auto delarship salesmen who used to flood the carmax board, or if there is a disgruntled employee or business partner.
These dont sound like posts of investors weighing pros and cons, buth rather angry people with an ax to grind.

Why do vultures attack dead animals? Because it is easy prey.
This is no different.
We have a company/management team that is all but dead to it's shareholders (and yes I am one). If you look at the history of RFI you'll find that they have hung shareholders out to dry numerous times in the past only to continue to collect their salary at the end of the day. Joe and Bob told shareholders what they wanted to hear publicly. They made sure what they said was legal but not quite correct. And some of those past shareholders feel the need to help us "dysfunctional" investors understand what we are dealing with here.
Some are correct, others are here just to make a "ton" of money. Either way the real shareholders (not the cheerleaders) understand what this technology can do if marketed and demonstrated to potential customers by people that are willing to go that extra mile, not by folks that sit around and wait for others to do their job. And there is more than just marketing that needs to be done, this group just refuses to get their hands dirty. They want someone else to do "the heavy lifting". Cut their salaries in half and we'll see how dirty they'll get.
All you have to do is ask yourself why it has taken this long (going on a year now) and a second auto maker has yet to announce their spd glass product in their production model?
Just wondering, are the Board of Directors just a fictitious label?
"This happens often if there is a competitor that feels threatended such as traditional auto delarship salesmen who used to flood the carmax board, or if there is a disgruntled employee or business partner."
REFR has no competition because they are not selling a product.
You want the pros and cons?
The pros are Joe Harary and management that con stupid investors out of their money.
I openly admit I will short every time REFR announces some "good" news if the stock rises. 40 years of failure is what you might see. I see 40 years of stock selling schemes.
They are just upset because all their efforts over the years failed to put REFR under.
Look now short interest increased almost 10%. Just last report it increased 129,000 shares. All those under $4! to 1,426,327.
Shorts are gonna pay hell.lol
The best evidence for the negative position on this stock is that "strong buys" such as you have posted the same "Shorts will get burned," and "I would hate to be short this stock over THIOS weekend" for the past fifteen years.
the truth is that shorts have never got burned on this stock. Shorts NEVER got hurt with open positions over any weekend in the long sordid history of this fraud.
you know that when this scam was 20+ and I first posted my negative position (and made it clear that I was short) your vile reaction was not one of a "strong buy' ready to defend a position but rather a company hack.
Now ten years later you are still feigning a belief that "shorts will be burned."
No matter how many times I, and others, point out to you that the huge share of the open interest (i.e. short position) is held by corporate insiders so that they can lock in the higher prices of the windfall shares they award each other regularly.
i also make it clear that this is not a conspiratorial view but rather acknowledgement of a sensible portfolio management strategy.
yet you, the dummy you are, maintain that the large short position indicates a "short squeeze" in the making. There has never been a short squeeze and never will be.
Can you tell us your average cost of REFR shares given your nonsensical claims of averaging down all the way from 20+ to 4-.
A well executed strategy...hehehe

After a decade of watching the joke known as REFR, if I had an ax to grind, it was long ago ground into nothing.
I am not angry though, I am amused.
This product appears to have taken ten years to find an initial foot hold in the market.
Do you think that nothing will come from the recent news of initial adopters and the glass will not expand in the market?
Notwithstanding your understandable disapointment at the prolonged pause in the adoption rate, do you feel that the product is somehow not going to eventually become successful?
Please let me know your strongest and most detailed bear case. I am all ears.
