Douglas 24% holdings is above the 20% theshold to keep AMSC

a public traded company even if there was a buy-out he does not have to sell his shares thus becoming a minority share holder and keeping AMSC a public company with its own management team and board of directors.

What does this mean for indivigual investor? we don't have to tendor our shares in any offer if Douglas refuses to sell his shares at a given price. We would also become minority share holders.
